Why Now?
We are living through a time of deep inner and outer transformation. More than ever, people are feeling called to reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal the nervous system, and explore non-ordinary ways of knowing. Your dreams—and the altered states accessed through Yoga Nidra—offer profound guidance, insight, and connection. They are not just nighttime stories, but luminous maps from the unconscious, rich with symbols, messages, and possibilities.
This is your invitation to listen more deeply.
Every night, your psyche speaks. But are you listening?
By dedicating just a small window of your week to the practice of Yoga Nidra and dreamwork, you can unlock a potent dialogue with your deeper self—and with subtle intelligences that may be trying to reach you. This course is designed to help you access that space with clarity, intention, and heart.
With the support of ancient yogic practice, integrative dream tools, and the nurturing of community, you will not only remember your dreams—you will understand their language, track their patterns, and use them as a portal to healing, creativity, and spiritual contact.
If you’ve felt the pull toward dreaming more consciously, honoring your subtle body, or connecting with a deeper field of guidance—this is your moment.
Let this be the season where you step into the dream.
Let this be the practice that changes everything.
