About Me

I am deeply devoted to my personal practices of asana, chanting, meditation, pranayama, and dreamwork. I work with you as a guide rather than as an instructor. The true teacher is your inner wisdom. The effect of Western culture often stifles this wisdom, making us question ourselves and eternalize our self authority. In truth, we are our own best healers, best guides, and best teachers. My intention is to steer you back to where you can tune into your inner wisdom and rekindle the deep self-trust and self-authority that are the buried treasures within you. The yoga practices of asana, meditation, pranayama, and dreamwork light the way to that infinite wisdom and intuition, empowering you to take full ownership of your life.

As well as being an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of teaching experience, I am a tarot reader, dreamworker, flower essence advisor, certified running coach, holistic health coach, Integral Noetic Sciences graduate student at CIHS, and Satsang ambassador for the Ram Dass Fellowship.
